Daniel M. Neidich
Chief Executive Officer and Partner
With more than 25 years of opportunistic real estate investment experience, Mr. Daniel Neidich is one of the pioneers who helped define and develop this market. He has built and led investment teams managing institutional real estate private equity funds beginning with the first Goldman Sachs Whitehall fund in 1991.
Prior to founding urbiumgdi in 2004, Mr. Neidich spent 25 years at Goldman Sachs where he was a member of the firm’s Management Committee, Vice Chairman’s Council, co-head of the Merchant Banking Division and Chairman of the Whitehall Investment Committee. In these roles, Mr. Neidich managed teams of professionals, fostered talent and developed a successful institutional culture in a dynamic investing market. Mr. Neidich joined Goldman Sachs in 1978 in the Real Estate Banking Department, where he worked on a broad range of investment banking activities for Goldman Sachs’ corporate and real estate clients. In 1984, Mr. Neidich became a partner of Goldman Sachs and, in 1990, he became head of Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Department. In 1992, Mr. Neidich formed the Real Estate Principal Investment Area, in 1998 he became co-head of the Merchant Banking Division, in 1999 he joined the firm’s Management Committee and in 2000 he joined the firm’s Vice Chairman’s Council.
In 1991, under Mr. Neidich’s direction, Goldman Sachs raised the first Whitehall fund to invest in real estate opportunities. Under his leadership, the Whitehall Funds raised over $12 billion of total equity and purchased over $50 billion of real estate interests worldwide.
Mr. Neidich has held leadership positions in industry organizations for decades. He is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute, a multidisciplinary real estate forum that facilitates an open exchange of ideas, information, and experience among industry leaders and policy makers. He is the former Chairman of the International Advisory Board of the Real Estate Academic Initiative at Harvard University and a member of Columbia Business School’s MBA Real Estate Program Advisory Board. Mr. Neidich is a former Chairman of the Real Estate Roundtable and a former Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as a former member of the Board of Governors of the Real Estate Board of New York, the International Advisory Board of Eurohypo AG and the Board of Directors of General American Investors Company, Inc. Through leadership roles and involvement with these industry organizations, Mr. Neidich has developed a network of key relationships with leading global institutions and other market participants that spans the real estate capital markets and property markets across multiple geographies.
Mr. Neidich serves on the boards of Prep for Prep (where he is a member of the Executive Committee) The Child Mind Institute (where he is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee) and the Trust for Governors Island. He is a former member of The Hotchkiss School’s Investment Committee; the Board of Governors of The Nature Conservancy and the Museum of Modern Art. Mr. Neidich received an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1974 and a B.A. from Yale University in 1972.
Cia Buckley Marakovits
President, Chief Investment Officer, Partner
With a breadth of experience in finance, fund management and real estate investing through multiple market cycles over a nearly 30 year career, Ms. Cia Buckley Marakovits is an accomplished professional in institutional real estate investing.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2007, Ms. Buckley Marakovits was the President of the U.S. Fund Business for JER Partners, an affiliate of the J.E. Robert Companies. Ms. Buckley Marakovits joined JER in 1997 and held a variety of positions there, including Chief Financial Officer, Head of Asset Management, Head of Acquisitions and President of the U.S. Fund Business. Before joining JER, Ms. Buckley Marakovits spent nine years in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Bankers Trust, where she sourced and managed a variety of assets, including distressed mortgage portfolios, operating company investments and structured debt investments.
Ms. Buckley Marakovits is a member of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”) where she has previously served as a Trustee as well as a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the ULI Foundation. She is a member of the Investment Committee for ULI and is active in the Women’s Leadership Initiative. Ms. Buckley Marakovits is a member of and on the Board of the Pension Real Estate Association (“PREA”), serves as a member of Columbia Business School’s MBA Real Estate Program Advisory Board and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center at the Wharton School. She is a member of Women Executives in Real Estate (“WX”) and was honored as the WX Woman of the Year in 2011. Ms. Buckley Marakovits was selected by PERE as one of the Top Ten Women in Real Estate Private Equity in 2012 and received an award recognizing leadership and achievement in capital markets from the Association of Real Estate Women in 2013.
Ms. Buckley Marakovits also has public board experience, having served as a member of the Board of Directors of Taubman Centers, Inc., a NYSE-listed REIT, from 2016 to 2020. She is currently on the Board of Trustees of Phillips Exeter Academy and previously served on the Board of Trustees of Collegiate School in New York City. Ms. Buckley Marakovits received an M.B.A. from Columbia University in 1993 and a B.A. from Lafayette College in 1988.
Aaron Greeno
Head of West Coast, Partner
With experience investing in real estate across various geographies, asset classes and transaction structures, Mr. Aaron Greeno brings a breadth of knowledge, deep industry relationships and proven leadership capabilities to urbiumgdi. Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Greeno is responsible for originating and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing on value creation strategies and continuing to build and oversee urbiumgdi’s business on the West Coast.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2020, Mr. Greeno was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he was co-head of U.S. Investments for the firm’s real estate investing group, overseeing investment activities and managing the acquisition team on the West Coast.
Mr. Greeno began his 13 year career at Morgan Stanley in New York as an associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group, focused on capital raising, corporate defense, strategic initiatives and M&A advisory before moving to the principal side of the business in 2008 where he has invested and managed assets on behalf of open and closed-ended funds with various strategies including opportunistic, value-add, core, debt and special situations. Mr. Greeno relocated to Los Angeles in 2014 to source and execute transactions on the West Coast.
Mr. Greeno serves on the board of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and is a member of the Policy Advisory Board at the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics at the University of California at Berkeley. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Greeno received a J.D. / M.B.A. from the UCLA School of Law / Anderson School of Management in 2007 and a B.S. from the University of Miami (FL) in 2003, where he graduated Cum Laude.
Julie A. Brenton
Head of Investor Relations, Partner
Ms. Julie Brenton brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate investment management industry to the investor relations function at urbiumgdi, where she is responsible for investor relations, business development and communications with current and prospective investors and consultants.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2014, Ms. Brenton was a Managing Director at Ranieri Real Estate Partners overseeing the firm’s capital raising and investor services functions since the firm’s inception in 2010. Prior to joining RREP, Ms. Brenton held positions within the real estate investment industry including business development and investor relations roles at Olympus Real Estate Partners, Guggenheim Partners and O’Connor Group/JP Morgan Investment Management and investment positions at AT&T Investment Management.
Ms. Brenton is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, serving for a decade as the Chair of the PREA Quarterly Committee and currently serving on the New Programs Committee. She is a Board Member and Chair of the Investment Committee of The Brenton Arboretum and former Trustee and Investment Committee Member of The Taft School. Ms. Brenton received her M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia University Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Carleton College.
Darren M. Berk
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Darren Berk has been with urbiumgdi since its inception and is instrumental to all aspects of the firm’s financial, accounting and tax operations and reporting. As a veteran of the industry, Mr. Berk has been on the forefront of establishing best practices within the real estate fund CFO community.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2004, Mr. Berk was Controller at SFM Capital Management LP, an affiliate of Soros Fund Management LLC. Prior to joining SFM, Mr. Berk was the co-manager of the Fund Accounting Group at Ivy Asset Management Corp., a $14 billion fund-of-hedge funds investment manager. Before joining Ivy, Mr. Berk worked for Goldman Sachs from 1996 to 2003, where he was manager of the Principal Investment Area Fund Accounting Department, which provided fund accounting support and administration for Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking business. Mr. Berk started his career at Goldman Sachs providing fund accounting support for this business before he transitioned into the role as the initial member of the Investment Accounting department responsible for supporting the Asia Special Situations Group distressed fixed income funds, where he was responsible for building an infrastructure that could provide Fund Accounting support for the new group of funds with an investment focus exclusively in Asia. During part of his tenure at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Berk was also responsible for the accounting and administration of Goldman Sachs’ AAA-rated Derivative Product Company. Prior to his employment at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Berk was an auditor with KPMG LLP from 1994 to 1996.
Mr. Berk received a B.B.A. (with Distinction) from the University of Michigan in 1994 and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
Elizabeth Burban
Chief Administrative Officer – Investments
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2021, Ms. Elizabeth Burban spent 22 years in the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman Sachs, as part of the senior management and chief administrative officer teams for the Real Estate Principal Investment Area, the Merchant Banking Division and the Asset Management Division. She joined Goldman Sachs in 1998 as a Vice President and was named Managing Director in 2004. Over the course of her career at Goldman Sachs, Ms. Burban had significant involvement in risk management, organizational workflows, corporate governance and investor communications.
Before joining Goldman Sachs, Ms. Burban worked as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York beginning in 1990, focused on real estate law.
Ms. Burban earned a BA in Communications from the State University of New York at Albany in 1987 and a JD from Columbia Law School in 1990.
Michael D. Sherman
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Sherman is responsible for managing all aspects of the firm’s legal and compliance functions. Mr. Sherman brings a broad range of experience to his roles within the urbiumgdi organization.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2010, Mr. Sherman was an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in the Real Estate Department from 2005 to 2010 and in the Corporate Department from 2003 to 2005, where he advised various clients on joint ventures, restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, financings and development transactions worldwide across all property sectors. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Sherman was a Paralegal at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in the Corporate Department.
Mr. Sherman received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2003 and a B.S. from Cornell University in 1999. Mr. Sherman is admitted to the bar of New York and New Jersey.
David I. Oliner
Senior Advisor
As a Senior Advisor to urbiumgdi, Mr. David Oliner has spent over 30 years in the real estate business and brings a valuable combination of real estate and capital markets experience to urbiumgdi’s Investment Committee, as well as a network of key industry relationships.
Mr. Oliner is currently a principal of Ridgetop Capital Partners, or one or more of its affiliates, a private investment firm that focuses on the acquisition of mineral rights and other related businesses in the greater Pittsburgh area.
Mr. Oliner was previously a urbiumgdi Partner from 2009 to 2015. Prior to joining urbiumgdi, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where he was a senior manager and principal trader in the commercial mortgage trading group. Mr. Oliner joined Morgan Stanley’s Securitized Products group in 1998 as the trader for all U.S. principal commercial real estate large loan products. During his 11 years at Morgan Stanley, his management responsibilities included structuring, originating, acquiring, pricing and trading all forms of commercial real estate debt. In addition, his responsibilities included all aspects of subordinate debt trading, including deal structuring, sizing, and pricing. Total transaction volume for his group during his tenure exceeded $85 billion, including in excess of $9 billion of subordinate debt trading. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Oliner was at Bankers Trust where he was a senior trader from 1993 to 1998 and business/desk manager from 1996 to 1998 in the sub-performing commercial real estate debt trading business and the floating rate lending/securitization business.
He received an M.B.A. from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1990 and a B.A. from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1985.
Brad Caracausa
Managing Director
Mr. Brad Caracausa is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and executing value creation strategies and is a Member of the Investment Committee at urbiumgdi.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2018, Mr. Caracausa co-sponsored a middle-market real estate investment firm from 2016 to 2017. From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Caracausa was a Director at Westbrook Partners focused on the firm’s acquisition and investment management activities in the New York City and Washington, DC markets. Prior to that, Mr. Caracausa worked at Rubenstein Partners as an Analyst focused on equity and debt investments in commercial real estate. Mr. Caracausa began his career as an Analyst in the investment banking division of Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure group from 2008 to 2010.
Mr. Caracausa received a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University in 2007.
Tom Kinslow
Managing Director
Mr. Tom Kinslow is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and structuring new investment opportunities and executing value creation strategies at urbiumgdi and is a Member of the Investment Committee at urbiumgdi.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2017, Mr. Kinslow was an Associate at Centerbridge Partners focused on public and private commercial real estate investments from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Kinslow was an Associate at Ranieri Real Estate Partners focused on acquisitions from the firm’s inception in 2010 to 2013. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Kinslow was an Analyst with Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking Group.
Mr. Kinslow received a B.A. (Magna Cum Laude) in 2009 from The College of William and Mary.
Andy Finiasz
Controller, Vice President – Finance
Mr. Finiasz is primarily responsible for managing urbiumgdi’s accounting professionals and overseeing the timely and accurate financial statement reporting for the URBIUM GDI Funds.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2014, Mr. Finiasz served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP. At Ernst & Young LLP, Mr. Finiasz was responsible for overseeing the audits of companies in the real estate and private equity industries.
Mr. Finiasz received a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University in 2001. Mr. Finiasz is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
Michael Golik
Deputy Chief Compliance Officer & Assistant General Counsel
Mr. Michael Golik is an integral member of the Legal and Compliance team with responsibility extending into all aspects of the Firm’s global regulatory and compliance functions. Mr. Golik brings a strong mix of legal, financial, and fund experience.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2018, Mr. Golik ran the legal department and compliance program for CCTrack Solutions (a subsidiary of CITIC Capital), a startup multi-strategy hedge fund/CTA. There, he focused on both SEC and CFTC/NFA compliance. Prior to that, Michael held joint roles in the global macro research departments of FX Concepts and its research subsidiary, Track Research. Michael also held roles with Covenant Review (now part of Fitch) and with the New York Department of Small Business Services.
Mr. Golik received a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law and holds a B.A. (Summa Cum Laude) in English from Hunter College. He is a CFA charterholder and a Licensed Attorney in the State of New York.
Amar Jhaveri
Vice President – Capital Markets
Mr. Amar Jhaveri is a member of the business development team at URBIUM GDI Partners. Amar was previously a member of the institutional business development team at Nuveen, where he partnered with institutional investors and consultants across all asset classes. Prior to Nuveen, Mr. Jhaveri spent 15 years in the private wealth management industry where he worked with high net worth individuals and their families.
Mr. Jhaveri is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association, CFA Society New York, CAIA New York, and a board member of the Reality House, a not-for-profit substance abuse rehabilitation center. Mr. Jhaveri received his M.B.A. in Finance from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University and his B.A. from the University at Buffalo. He is both a CFA Charterholder and a CAIA Charterholder.
Monica Scieszka
Vice President
Ms. Scieszka is responsible for evaluating, underwriting and leading the due diligence process for new investments and helping to execute the business plans and value creation strategies for urbiumgdi’s existing investments.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2019, Ms. Scieszka was an Associate at Walton Street Capital focused on the acquisition of commercial real estate.
Ms. Scieszka received a B.B.A (High Distinction) in 2016 from The University of Michigan – Ross School of Business.
Kaitlin Siehs
Vice President – Treasury & Operations
Ms. Siehs joined urbiumgdi in 2011 and is primarily responsible for overseeing urbiumgdi’s Treasury and cash management processes and oversight of performance measurement and reporting.
Ms. Siehs received a B.A. in Business/Economics (Cum Laude) from Skidmore College in 2010.
Joyce Tsang
Deputy Head of Tax
Ms. Tsang is responsible for overseeing the tax compliance and reporting (including urbiumgdi’s external accountants) for the URBIUM GDI Funds.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2016, Ms. Tsang worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2015 to 2016 in the Real Estate tax practice as a Tax Senior Associate where she provided tax compliance services to Real Estate clients. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Ms. Tsang worked as a Tax Manager at Blackstone from 2009 to 2015 where she involved with the firm’s tax compliance.
Ms. Tsang received a B.A. in 2005 from Pace University.
Paul McLaughlin
Manager – Portfolio Analytics
Mr. McLaughlin is primarily responsible recommending quarterly valuations of fund investments and preparing various Fund-level portfolio analytics.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in early 2019, Mr. McLaughlin was a Consultant on the Real Estate Valuation team at Deloitte where he advised clients to effectively procure, manage, and value investments in real estate to maximize returns and reduce risk. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. McLaughlin was a Project Manager at Blue Sunsets LLC focusing on investment returns across the company’s real estate portfolio.
Mr. McLaughlin received an M.B.A. from Georgetown University in 2015 and a B.A. in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross in 2011.
Alla Chertkova
Fund Controller
Ms. Chertkova is primarily responsible for review and reconciliation of the financial and capital statement reporting for certain urbiumgdi Funds.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2010, Ms. Chertkova was a Senior Associate at State Street and was responsible for financial reporting and accounting for private equity real estate funds. Prior to State Street, Ms. Chertkova served as a Senior Accountant at Fortress Investment Group LLC where she performed accounting for private equity funds with investments in German real estate.
Ms. Chertkova received a B.B.A. from the Bernard M. Baruch College in 2001.
Meher Desai
Fund Controller
Ms. Desai is primarily responsible for review and reconciliation of the financial and capital statement reporting for certain urbiumgdi Funds.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2019, Meher was an Assistant Manager for Real estate and Private Equity Funds at SS&C Technologies for 5 years. Meher also worked for KPMG’s Asset Management Group in New York for 2 years.
Meher has vast international work experience as Manager for Shared Services for Ericsson Dubai and 6 years of audit experience for various audit firms in Mumbai including Deloitte and Kalyaniwalla &Mistry LLP.
Meher received a Bachelors Degree of Commerce and a Masters Degree of Commerce from the Mumbai University.
Jennifer Rivera
Investor Services Manager
Prior to joining urbiumgdi, Ms. Rivera was a marketing assistant and assistant buyer at Federated Departments Stores from 2000 to 2007. Ms. Rivera joined urbiumgdi in 2007 as an Executive Assistant and in 2016 was promoted to join the Investor Relations team as an Investor Services Manager.
Ms. Rivera received a B.P.S. from the Parsons School of Design in 1997.
Devaughn Bennett
Associate
Mr. Devaughn Bennett is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, and leading the due diligence process for new opportunities as well as helping to execute the business plans and value creation strategies for urbiumgdi’s existing investments.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2021, Mr. Bennett was an Originations Analyst in ACORE Capital's Los Angeles office focused on screening new deals by underwriting cash flow projections, gathering economic and demographic data, the preparation of investment memoranda, and conducting due diligence.
Mr. Bennett received a full-tuition leadership and academic scholarship from the Posse Foundation to attend the Questrom School of Business at Boston University where he received a dual B.S./B.A in Finance and Real Estate in 2018.
Andrea DelBene
Associate
Ms. Andrea DelBene is responsible for asset management of urbiumgdi’s existing investments, including business plan execution and value creation strategies.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2021, Ms. DelBene was a Consultant in Deloitte’s Commercial Real Estate Valuation practice, where she performed valuations across all real estate asset classes for global private equity funds and Fortune 500 companies. Ms. DelBene advised clients on acquisitions, divestitures, redevelopment of assets, and risk mitigation.
Prior to Deloitte, Ms. DelBene worked as an independent film producer. She received an M.B.A. from the Baruch College Zicklin School of Business in 2018 and a B.A. (Cum Laude) from Hofstra University in 2013.
Patrick Farrell
Associate
Mr. Patrick Farrell is responsible for evaluating, underwriting and leading the due diligence process for new investments and helping to execute the business plans and value creation strategies for urbiumgdi’s existing investments.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2020, Mr. Farrell was an Associate with L&L Holding Company, focused on forming strategic partnerships and JV relationships associated with new and existing opportunities. From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Farrell was an Analyst at Blackstone in the Real Estate Debt Strategies Group, where he managed roughly $4 billion in debt instruments on office, condo, multifamily and ground‐up construction projects.
Mr. Farrell received a B.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University in 2016.
Jack Foley
Associate
Mr. Jack Foley is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, and leading the due diligence process for new investment opportunities as well as helping to execute the business plans and value creation strategies for urbiumgdi’s existing investments.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2021, Mr. Foley was an Analyst in the Real Estate Syndicated Finance Group within Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Banking Division, where he focused on the origination and distribution of structured debt products for real estate companies including private owner-operators, developers, homebuilders, institutional real estate funds, and publicly traded REITs.
Mr. Foley received a B.S. (Cum Laude) in Finance from Wake Forest University in 2018.
Joshua Hassid
Associate
Mr. Joshua Hassid is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, and leading the due diligence process for new investments as well as helping to execute the business plans and value creation strategies for urbiumgdi’s existing investments.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2021, Mr. Hassid worked in numerous investment capacities at Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW), a global real estate investment company that owns, operates, and invests in real estate located in the Western United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
Mr. Hassid received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California in 2017.
Adam Mengden
Associate
Mr. Adam Mengden is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, and leading the due diligence process for new opportunities as well as helping to execute the business plans and value creation strategies for urbiumgdi’s existing investments.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2021, Mr. Mengden was an Analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging group within Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking Division, where he supported various real estate transactions including M&A, IPOs, portfolio sales and acquisitions.
Mr. Mengden received a B.S. in Finance with Distinction from Penn State University in 2019.
Anthony Pascarella

Mr. Anthony Pascarella is responsible for asset management of urbiumgdi’s existing investments, including business plan execution and value creation strategies.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2021, Mr. Pascarella was an Analyst with Jefferies’ Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking Group focused on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory assignments. Before that, Mr. Pascarella was an Associate at Blackstone on the Real Estate Valuations and FP&A team from 2017 to 2019. Before that, Mr. Pascarella began his career in General Electric’s Financial Management Program.
Mr. Pascarella received a B.S. in Economics and Finance with Honors from Sacred Heart University in 2014.
Irwin Tejeda
Associate
Mr. Irwin Tejeda is responsible for evaluating, underwriting and leading the due diligence process for new investments and helping to execute the business plans and value creation strategies for urbiumgdi’s existing investments.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2020, Mr. Tejeda was as an Associate in the Public Sector and Infrastructure Group of Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division where he provided analytical and structuring expertise for various debt issuances.
Mr. Tejeda received a B.B.A from the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business in 2015.
Jeffrey Zhou
Associate
Mr. Jeffrey Zhou is a member of the Project Management and Analytics team at URBIUM GDI Partners. He is responsible for cross-functional coordination related to the production of key deliverables including investor reporting and the execution of essential investment and asset management processes.
Prior to joining urbiumgdi in 2021, Mr. Zhou was an Analyst at iCapital Network focused on Investor Reporting for private equity and hedge fund-of-funds/feeder funds. From 2016 to 2019, Mr. Zhou was an Analyst at Knights Genesis Group focused on US-China cross-border business in real estate, M&A, private equity and private wealth management.
Mr. Zhou received a B.S. in Finance and Liberal Studies (Cum Laude) from Bentley University in 2016.
